Terms & Conditions:

Prices are incl. Electricity (15kWh/day), water and linen. Per kWh used in excess of 15kWh/day, we charge 0.20€ per kWh.
When booking, please list the exact amount of people, so that we can supply enough linen.
You need to bring your own towels.
There is firewood available, free of charge, in case you would like to use the fireplace.

The reservation is only assumed to be "completed" after paying a deposit of 250€ in addition to the full amount due for your stay.

The properties should be left clean and in the original state. Possible damage caused by you will be charged to you.

Before and after your stay, a local contact person will go through all the rooms and available tools together with you.

In case the property is not clean at departure, we will hold back 50 euros from the deposit, as a charge for cleaning.

NOTE: The village Montceau-et-Echarnant is very peaceful and silent at night. Therefore, it is mandatory to keep it quite between 10pm and 7am.

House with Swimming pool: The heated swimming pool is available from June 1st (or earlier if the weather permits) through September 30th (or later if the weather permits).
